  Key responsibilities and duties

• Monitoring development of individualised pan of care in partnership with the resident / representative to meet their goals, needs and preferences
• Monitoring evaluation of the plan of care
• Monitoring provision and coordination of clinical care and that action consultation with stakeholders occurs when required
• Deputise for the Residential Manager as and when required
• Supervise nursing and other work experience students on placement at the site

  Essential Requirement:

• AHPRA registered Nurse
• Management Aged Care experience
• Excellent with documentation and care planning
• Current Drivers’ license
• Understanding of quality management systems and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to develop cooperative team approach to the delivery of services

  Highly Regarded:

• Relevant Post Graduate Qualification
• Gerontic Nursing Experience
