As a Disability Support Worker with HCA you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients living in SIL/SDA/In-Home or Group Homes with varying Mental Health, Intellectual & Physical Disabilities. Supporting participants with therapeutic & interventional support.
We have a mixture of day shifts (AM/PM), short shifts min 3 hours/ long shifts max 8-10 hours, sleepovers, awake duties and weekends available.

What You Need:
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role and must have Cert III or IV
Current Working with Children Check & NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
National Police Check
First Aid Certificate
NSW Drivers license
