About the role
Our client is seeking locum Pharmacists to join their team for a fixed term period until February 2026. The pharmacy service is based in a hospital and provides patient centred pharmacy services, Monday to Friday. You will be working amongst the disciplinary team which is young and dynamic.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 10 months (flexible)
Roster: 7x 8 hour shifts per fortnight, commencing at 9am
Travel and Accommodation Provided
Key responsibilities include:
Dispense and distribute medications accurately and efficiently.
Managing the Dispensary and supervising dispensary staff.
Provide professional medication counselling and education to patients.
Working in a rural generalist role.
Work cooperatively and effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
To be successful in the role you will have:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
Current general AHPRA registration (essential)
NDIS/Aged Care Screening
At least 1 year demonstrated experience as a Pharmacist
Australian working rights (essential)
